The hand-crafted DS-160 heralds in an entire group of products. It consists of five individual elements each 80 x 80 cm in size - an individual easy chair with armrests, easy chair without armrests as an intermediate element, two side elements with an armrest on either the right or left and a stool - which can be combined to create exciting seating ensembles. Brackets bolted to the rectangular tubular frame of stainless steel link the individual modules together. The programme is further extended by a 40 x 80 cm glass top that can be slotted between the seating elements. It is child’s play to create new combinations at will which can change your sitting direction, break up the arrangement with handy glass surfaces, terminate in a bench or even go around a corner. All the seating elements can also be used separately and can be complemented with a matching 80 x 80 cm glass-topped occasional table.
DS-Living
de Sede selects the hides it uses in accordance with the most rigorous quality standards. Only bulls and bullocks raised in the best breeding conditions are deemed good enough for this purpose. DS-Living is a lightly pigmented nappa leather with lightly embossed graining. Between 1.5 and 1.7 mm thick, the leather is extremely hard-wearing, has an easy-care finish and is elegant in appearance.
